See LNA Health and Social Care Unit 7-  drug shortages in England and Wales due to 'rationing' by drug companies.
See Sociology SY4 LNA for plans by Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, to bring in 'social tariffs' to help those on lower incomes to pay their water bills, by charging those on higher incomes more for their water.     .
Also, SY4 LNA interesting research from Brigham Young University, a Morman University in America which you could use in relation to Bourdieu's concept of cultural capital and to challenge conflict theories.  Researchers found that although boys with wealthier fathers usually grew up to earn above-average incomes, intelligence, advice, work ethic and other 'human qualities' that sons learn from their fathers appear to be more important than money in determining the future income of their sons.  'Human capital' qualities inherited by sons accounted for about two thirds of the link between their earnings.
